6E Club Customer Care: Fix Uploads, Playback and Account Issues
Checked · 6E Club help guide

6E Club customer care starts with this page, because most problems people write to us about have a fix they can apply in a minute: a stuck upload, a video that buffers, a code that has not arrived, a handle that will not change. The tables below cover those first. Then we explain how to reach a real person, how fast we answer, and why there is no helpline number anywhere.
One thing to know before anything else: support on this platform works only by email and by the forms on this site. We never call, never message you on WhatsApp, and never ask for money, an OTP or remote access. If someone claiming to be from us does, skip to the section on fake helplines.
6E Club Customer Care Begins With Self-Help
Find the symptom in the tables that follow, try the fix, and only then write to us. Each row names the state or message you see, the usual cause, and what to do. If the fix fails twice, the contact section tells you what to include so we can answer in one reply instead of three.
Signed-in users get the fastest results from the studio and settings pages, where most states and messages are shown with their reasons. Guests can still use everything here; watching never needs an account, and the 6E Club home page stays open to all.
Upload Problems
Uploads are the first thing people ask 6E Club customer care about. An upload moves through five states: About to upload, Uploading, Optimizing, then Live, Action needed or Failed. The video is watchable in its original quality the moment Uploading finishes; the 360p, 720p and 1080p versions follow a few minutes later. Most “stuck” reports are a slow connection or a closed tab.
| State or message | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Uploading stays at the same percentage | Mobile data dropped or the phone put the browser to sleep. | Keep the tab in front, stay on Wi-Fi where possible; the chunked upload resumes when the connection returns. |
| Page reloaded during upload | The browser restarted or you switched apps for too long. | Open the upload page again; Resume upload lists open uploads with the same file name and size. |
| File refused before upload starts | Format outside MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI, or the file is over 4 GB or two hours. | Export a shorter MP4 from your editor, then try again. |
| Daily limit reached | 15 uploads or 10 hours of video already sent today. | Wait until the next day; the counter resets automatically. |
| Optimizing for a long time | The encoder queue is busy; the original still plays. | Nothing to do; share the link now, quality options appear when processing ends. |
| Action needed | A detail is missing, usually the title, category or a visibility choice. | Open the edit drawer in the studio and complete the highlighted field. |
| Failed | The file is not a valid video, or encoding failed three times. | Re-export the file from your editor and upload again; write to us if it fails a second time. |
The full upload guide explains each visibility option, thumbnails, scheduling and the labels for AI-generated or paid-partnership content.

Playback Problems
The player adapts quality to your connection: Auto picks between 360p, 720p and 1080p as the network changes, and eco mode caps playback at 720p to save mobile data. Nearly every buffering complaint that reaches 6E Club customer care is solved by one of those two settings.
| Symptom | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Video keeps buffering | Auto is fighting a weak signal, or a fixed 1080p was chosen. | Open the gear icon, choose Auto or 360p, or switch on eco mode in settings. |
| Only one quality in the menu | The video is new and the encoder has not finished. | Wait a few minutes and reload; the original plays meanwhile. |
| No sound | The player started muted, the phone is on silent, or the file has no audio track. | Tap the speaker icon or press M, check the phone volume, then try another video. |
| Subtitles missing | The uploader did not add a .srt or .vtt file, or captions are switched off. | Press C or use the captions menu; if nothing is listed, the video has no subtitles. |
| Black screen, audio plays | An old browser or a battery-saver setting blocked video decoding. | Update the browser, turn off extreme battery saver, or try the Android app. |
| Video will not open at all | It is private, password-protected, scheduled, or removed after review. | Ask the uploader for access or the password; removed videos cannot be viewed. |
| Autoplay keeps jumping ahead | Autoplay next is on with its 6-second countdown. | Tap Cancel on the countdown or switch autoplay off in the up-next column. |
Keyboard shortcuts, playback speed, picture-in-picture and the data-saving settings are covered in the player guide. For the technology behind adaptive playback, the HLS overview explains why quality changes mid-video on a moving train.
Account Problems
Sign-in trouble is the second most common reason people look for 6E Club customer care, and almost all of it is self-service. Resets and codes are free, automatic and need no one at our end.
| Symptom | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The 6-digit code never arrives | Mail went to spam, the address was mistyped, or the code expired after three hours. | Check spam and promotions, tap Resend code, use the newest email; register again if the address is wrong. |
| Password not accepted | Caps Lock, autofill spaces, or a password from another site. | Show the password and retype it, or use the reset link on the login page. |
| Reset email missing | The address is not the one on the account, or the mail is in spam. | Request again with the registered address; only the newest link works. |
| “Too many requests” on sign-in | Several failed attempts from your connection in a short time. | Wait a few minutes, switch from shared Wi-Fi to mobile data, try once. |
| Signed out every time I return | Cookies blocked, private tab, or a cleaner app wiping site data. | Allow cookies for 6eclub.tv, use a normal tab, exclude the browser from cleaners. |
| Cannot comment or upload | The email is not confirmed yet. | Enter the code from the banner; both unlock immediately. |
| Want to delete the account | Not a problem, but a one-way action. | Settings, enter your password, confirm; deletion is immediate and permanent. |
Step-by-step sign-in help lives on the login page, and the registration guide explains the field rules and the code.
Channel and Studio Problems
Creators write to 6E Club customer care about handles, images, comments and strikes more than anything else. Each has a rule behind it, and the studio shows the rule next to the field, so a quick check usually explains the refusal.
- Handle will not change: handles change once every seven days. The studio shows the date the next change is allowed. The new handle must be free and follow the 3–27 character rule.
- Avatar or banner refused: avatars need at least 160×160 pixels and at most 2 MB; banners are 2048×512. Crop in your gallery app first.
- Comments missing on a video: videos marked made for kids have no comments at all, and the uploader can switch comments off per video.
- Video hidden “under review”: five open reports hide a video automatically until a reviewer looks at it. Nothing is needed from you; the outcome arrives as a notification.
- Strike on the channel: strikes last 90 days; three active strikes mean a seven-day upload ban, and a strike while banned leads to suspension. One appeal per decision within six months.
- Analytics look low: a view counts only after five seconds of playback, once per viewer per video per half hour, so refreshes and your own previews do not add up.
The channel and studio guide covers customisation limits, and the rules on removals and strikes explain what leads to a takedown.

How to Contact Us
When self-help does not solve it, write to 6E Club customer care. There are three routes, and choosing the right one gets you a faster, better answer.
- The contact page: the contact form is the main route for account, upload, playback and channel questions. It asks for your username and the video link where relevant.
- [email protected]: the same inbox, for people who prefer email or need to attach a screenshot. Write from the address on your account so we can verify you without extra questions.
- [email protected]: only for rights-holders. A complete notice can also be sent through the copyright request form, and the copyright guide lists what a valid notice must contain.
What to include
Your username, the video or channel link, the exact message on screen, what you already tried, and your phone model and browser or app version. A screenshot of the message helps more than a description of it. Never include your password; we will never ask for it and we cannot see it.
A two-minute check before you write
- Reload the page once and try the action again; a stale tab causes more errors than the server does.
- Confirm the address bar reads 6eclub.tv, so you are reporting a problem on our site and not on a copy.
- Check the studio or settings page for a state or date that explains the refusal, such as the next handle change.
- Try the Android app or another browser; if it works there, mention that in your message.
Reports about a video, comment or channel do not need an email at all: the Report button on the item sends the case straight to review, with an optional email field if you want the outcome.
What to Expect After You Write
6E Club customer care follows the timelines set by India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. In practice that means three commitments.
- Every complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours with a reference you can quote later.
- The 6E Club grievance team aims to resolve it within 15 days; most account and upload questions take far less.
- A complete copyright notice is acted on within 36 hours, and the uploader can file a counter-notice.
You will hear from us only by email, from an address ending in 6eclub.tv, and only in reply to something you sent or a report you filed. The text of the rules is published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology; we cite it as the standard we follow, not as legal advice.
What support cannot do
- Restore a deleted account or video.
- Overturn a review decision by email; use the appeal button on the strikes page.
- Tell you who reported a video, or who liked one; both are private.
- Change another person’s content on your request; use the Report button instead.
Fake Helplines and “Customer Care Numbers”
Search for 6E Club customer care on social media and you may find phone numbers, WhatsApp links and Telegram handles that promise instant help. None of them is ours. We do not operate a helpline, and we have never published a number. These posts exist to collect a “service fee”, an OTP or remote access to a phone.
How the scam usually runs
- A comment or post lists a number for “6E Club helpline” or “account verification”.
- The person on the line asks you to install a screen-sharing app, or to pay a small fee by UPI.
- They ask for the OTP your bank sends, saying it is to “confirm the refund”.
- Money leaves your account, and the number stops answering.
The only real 6E Club customer care contacts are the contact page and the two email addresses above. If you see a fake number in a video or comment on this platform, use the Report button on it; impersonating support is a guideline breach and the content is removed. The real-or-fake guide lists the other tricks copycats use.

Reporting Fraud in India
If a fake helpline took money or a bank OTP from you, time matters. Call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline, as soon as possible; early reports give banks the best chance of freezing the transfer. Then file a written complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal with screenshots, the number used and the transaction details.
Suspicious numbers and messages can also be flagged through the Sanchar Saathi portal, which helps get them blocked. Change your password if you shared it, and tell 6E Club customer care through the contact page so we can remove any related content and strike the account that posted it. For general advisories on current scams, the CERT-In website is the national source.
Problem Solved? Get Back to Your Videos
Most fixes on this page take a minute. Sign in to check your studio states, or create a free account to keep history and playlists; nothing here requires a phone number.
Support Safety: Email and Forms Only
Real 6E Club customer care never phones you, never uses WhatsApp or Telegram, and never asks for money, a bank OTP or a screen-sharing app. Treat any such request as a scam, however convincing the logo or the story, and report the account that made it with the Report button.
Keep your reference number from our acknowledgement email, write from the address on your account, and never put your password in a message. Teenagers who are being pressured or harassed through comments should use Block and Report first and can also call Childline on 1098.
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over; mature-content settings need 18+. Every video, comment and channel has a Report button, and reports are reviewed by people. Never share your password or a one-time code with anyone who contacts you in the name of 6E Club. Read the online safety guide to reporting and blocking.
Questions People Ask
Does 6E Club have a customer care number?
No. There is no phone line, no WhatsApp number and no chat agent. Support works through the contact page and the email addresses listed on it. Any number you find on social media, in a video description or in search results that claims to be a 6E Club customer care number was posted by someone else, usually to collect payments or OTPs.
How long does 6E Club customer care take to reply?
We acknowledge every message within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, which is the standard set by the IT Rules 2021 for platforms serving India. Simple account and upload questions are usually answered much sooner. Copyright notices that are complete are acted on within 36 hours of receipt.
My upload is stuck. Should I write to support?
Try the fixes first, before writing to 6E Club customer care: keep the tab open, check the connection, and use Resume upload if the page reloaded. A video that reaches Live but shows only the original quality is not stuck; the 360p, 720p and 1080p versions arrive within minutes once the encoder has processed it. Write to us only if the state says Failed twice for the same file.
Can customer care recover my deleted account or video?
No. 6E Club customer care cannot undo deletion: it is immediate and permanent by design, and a deleted video is purged on a schedule that support cannot reverse. Before deleting, keep your own copies of the videos you want, since the original files on your phone or computer are the only backup. We cannot restore uploads, playlists or followers afterwards.
Why was my video removed and how do I appeal?
Reported videos are reviewed by people against the community guidelines. The decision and reason appear on the strikes page in your studio, together with an Appeal button. You get one appeal per decision, within six months. Write a short, factual statement; support cannot overturn a review by email, only the appeal route can.
Someone is asking me to pay to fix my 6E Club account. Is that real?
No. Nothing on the platform costs money, and no fee ever unlocks, verifies or restores an account. Password resets, email codes and appeals are free and automatic. A person asking for a payment, UPI transfer, OTP or screen-share to fix something is running a scam. End the conversation, report it to us, and call 1930 if money has moved.
Summary
6E Club customer care is built on self-help first: the tables above fix stuck uploads, buffering, missing codes and refused handles in a minute each. When they do not, the contact page and [email protected] reach the team, [email protected] serves rights-holders, and every message is acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
There is no helpline number, no chat agent and no fee for anything. A number on social media that claims to be ours is a scam, and money lost to it should go to 1930 and the cybercrime portal straight away. Keep the address bar at 6eclub.tv and the two email addresses in mind, and support stays simple.
